With over 20 years of experience in Learning Development and Adult Training portfolio and Microsoft Certifications in Excel and Word, Roman has mastered over 2500 topics to advanced level in Microsoft Excel, Access, Outlook, Project, PowerPoint, Word, Visio and Publisher. He has recently added Office 365 (206), SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Outlook Web Application and Office Online to his online courses.
His data management and analysis skills in particular, are demonstrated through his proven extensive knowledge and experience teaching and using Microsoft Excel and Access through to advanced levels including VBA automation techniques.
Holding positions in a range of private and public sector organisations Roman’s proven experience includes roles in Management, Auditing, Finance, HR, Training, Business Analysis and as a Board Executive.
Roman’s professional and relaxed training style reflects his thorough understanding of adult learning principles and is demonstrated through his diverse range of classroom, online webinar and workshop services and development of customized instructional materials and online courses.
His training delivery has a strong practical focus with his demonstrated experience extending to project management and LEAN business improvement. Projects he managed within the Australian Taxation Office resulted in up to 250% return on investment in savings and efficiency gains.
As an elected Board Director of Ultima Residences Condominium Corporation in Cebu City Roman played a key role in numerous significant improvements to Ultima Residences, a 40 story tower comprising 400 residential and commercial condominiums.
His achievements focused on formal risk management processes, eliminating waste, prioritization and implementation of major property management projects and formal engagement and induction of Colliers International as Building Managers.
